JJ the dog was tied inside the bathtub while his illnesses worsened

This dog didn't do anything wrong. Now he's dead, and from no fault of his own. Unfortunately, his owners began experiencing intense emotional distress. They should have rehomed JJ with people who could have cared for him properly, but unfortunately they did not. By the time investigators arrived at the pair's home, they discovered JJ tied to a bathtub, emaciated with ribs and bones protruding, and an obvious eye condition. His eyes had discharge and he couldn't fully see anymore. He did not even appear to have a way to lie down because he would have choked himself if he'd tried. Officials also found that his owners were medically neglectful, by not getting him the medical care he needed. After authorities rescued JJ, they brought him to veterinarians to try to heal him. But unfortunately by that point, JJ was already far too sick. Veterinarians discovered he also had an abdominal disease that was too far along to be treated. And so, poor JJ was humanely euthanized, rather than prolonging his pain and suffering. Courts in the UK have banned this pair from owning pets for the next 10 years. This is an important step towards keeping other animals safe. But these individuals also need to address whatever it was that led them to neglecting poor JJ. Experts are likening the massacres to the harrowing first 24 hours when the Rwandan genocide began. Sudan's civil war has been raging since the spring of 2023 between the national army and the paramilitary group known as the Rapid Support Forces (RSF). Since then, upwards of 14 million people have been displaced, 30 million face desperate humanitarian needs, and 150,000 are dead. Videos show the RSF recently swarming a maternity hospital, murdering nearly 500 people, including patients, families, and hospital staff. This genocide and civil war wouldn't be possible without international weapons. UN experts have discovered the United Arab Emirates (UAE) conducted "multiple" flights into Sudan to transport guns and other deadly equipment to fuel this violence. While the country denies funding this war, overwhelming evidence is building up. Experts say the UAE is most likely participating because of its interests in Sudan's gold and other mineral resources. International governments must refuse to be complicit and refuse to fund this genocide and civil war in any way, shape, or form. A coyote bit his dog. He put the injured pet in a trash bag and threw it away.

Who would throw away a wounded animal instead of trying to help it? Someone Threw Their Injured, Bitten Dog in the Trash and Left It to Die Sign Now    Arfin,   A man in Nevada was rolling his trash bin one day when he noticed something strange. He heard "labored breathing" from the bin and noticed a bag inside that "appeared to be moving." When he investigated, he found that someone had stuffed a small elderly dog into a trash bag and thrown it away. Even worse — the little animal was injured. The man quickly took the dog, "Baily," to local veterinarians, but the dog's condition was too severe. It died at the animal hospital. When authorities finally found Baily's actual owner, he admitted to throwing his dog away in a trash bag. According to him, the dog had run away from home and when he finally found Baily, the dog was "lying in the street," injured. He believed a coyote had attacked and bitten it. Veterinarians confirmed that Baily had a "puncture or bite wound" on its neck. But instead of rushing his dog to animal services or a veterinary hospital, this owner decided to literally throw his pet away. Veterinarians discovered that Baily was also the victim of severe dehydration, which suggests neglect even before the attack. This man is clearly not fit to take care of animals.
