The January 6th Committee has recommended four criminal charges be brought against disgraced ex-president Donald J. Trump for his role in the conspiracy to overturn the 2020 election and the incitement of the mob that attacked the Capitol on January 6th.   The charges are: 1. Obstruction of an official proceeding 2. Conspiracy to defraud the United States 3. Conspiracy to make a false statement 4.
