He has repeatedly abused, neglected, or abandoned animals — leaving some to die. A man had left 11 dogs and 7 puppies outside on his property and simply driven away. Weeks passed, and he didn't return. But the animals didn't appear to have any food, water, or shelter. That's when authorities discovered that the man, a backyard breeder who sells animals on social media, had abandoned these 18 dogs. And even before, three more had already died. The seven puppies were around their mama dog — who was already lying dead in the dirt. Another dog's corpse was elsewhere. A third dog had decomposed so badly, the only things left were its bones. Without any food or nourishment, the surviving dogs had begun cannibalizing the corpses of two of the deceased dogs. As a result, they were extremely ill, riddled with worms and diseases. The man is now in custody, but the worst part is, apparently he was already charged with animal cruelty before, in another Arizona county.
