He slammed his dog into a wall while an onlooker watched in horror

A witness watched as the owner repeatedly slammed a small dog into a wall while it cries out in pain. The man also appeared to be hitting the dog and even kneeling on it while it lies on the ground.   He did all of this in broad daylight, where anyone could see — which seems to suggest he didn't even think what he was doing was wrong. In fact, the witness was even able to take a video of this horrible incident, which they used in order to report the man to authorities. When authorities arrived at the scene, the man admitted to what he'd done and claimed it was the result of the dog's behavior and obedience. But whether a dog is obedient or not doesn't matter — no animals should be victims of this kind of abuse. This man must receive a lifetime ban on animal ownership to protect any more dogs from being victimized by this kind of abuse in the future. He must also receive immediate mental health intervention in order to keep the larger community safe. This kind of violent, dangerous behavior cannot be ignored or allowed to fester.
