Sign Now    Arfin,   Authorities in South Korea are investigating a deeply disturbing series of animal abuse incidents in the Dong District's Gao-dong neighborhood. But they still haven't found the culprit. Since July, stray cats have been found with a horrific array of injuries, most related to apparent burnings. Three cats were discovered in a single parking lot, burned so badly that their eyes, noses, and ears were barely recognizable. Many of the rescued cats didn't survive the attacks, dying later or needed to be euthanized. This obviously didn't happen by accident. So who is responsible for these vicious, sadistic deaths? Authorities suspect that given the nature of the incidents, it is very likely that one single cruel person is repeatedly terrorizing these poor animals.   Animal lovers in the country are outraged and demanding justice.
