In the videos, not only do workers at Somerby Top Farm attack little piglets, but they also shove wounded animals into crowded, unsanitary, feces-filled pens, leaving them vulnerable to severe infections. Some animals were visibly crying out or thrashing in pain, while others were too lame to stand or walk. The farm's approach to handling lame piglets was apparently to shoot them. But sometimes, those executions were "botched," leaving the babies alive, screaming, and suffering for upwards of 30 seconds afterwards before finally dying. Even worse, sometimes workers left the animals to cannibalize each other instead. In one case, a piglet that was obviously in extreme distress from an open wound was left to slowly die in its crowded pen. Over a period of 33 hours, it was cannibalized and killed — eaten alive — by its fellow animals. Video seems to suggest that workers heard the pig's cries and ignored them. Luckily, multiple UK grocery store chains — including Tesco, Sainsbury's, Asda, and Morrisons — have acted quickly and suspended their orders from this farm. He declared a false "public safety emergency" to justify seizing control of the city's Metropolitan Police Department, filling their ranks with FBI agents, and deploying the National Guard. He is calling this terrifying escalation "Liberation Day." Then, during a press conference, he announced that he has similar plans for four other U.S. cities: New York City, Los Angeles, Baltimore, and Oakland.   Trump has made it clear that he wants the now-federalized police to aggressively respond to civilians. He stated his intention to let the police "do whatever the hell they want," including jumping to physical violence. This is a brand-new escalation against civilians, and Trump has already said it's just the beginning. Trump's declaration was supposedly linked to crime rates in Washington, D.C. But the city is currently enjoying its lowest crime rates in 30 years. Additionally, back when there actually was a genuine violent insurrection on January 6, 2021, Trump declined to mobilize the National Guard. In fact, he even pardoned the 1,500 rioters who broke the law and assaulted law enforcement.   Federalizing the city's police forces has never been done before. DC's non-voting delegate in the U.S. House of Representatives, Eleanor Holmes Norton, called this "is an historic assault on DC home rule." What is happening in Washington, D.C. shows the blueprint for how Trump wants to intervene in other primarily Democratic cities. A 3-year-old died in a hot car... while in Alabama state custody

We Must Demand a Full Investigation!      Sign Now      Arfin,   A 3-year-old boy has tragically died after being left in a car by himself for 5 hours. That day in Alabama, the heat index was over 100 degrees. The toddler was not under the care of his family at the time; the boy was in foster care and therefore was in state custody.  A contractor for the state was supposed to pick the child up from a visit with his father at 11:30 in the morning and take him to daycare. But the boy never made it to daycare, and his father will never see him again. According to reports, the boy was left in a hot car with the windows up from 12:30pm to 5:30pm, a blazing hot time of day. At 5:30pm, the daycare called the woman to ask about the whereabouts of the child. He was still in her car…unresponsive. Police were called, but when they got there it was too late — the 3-year-old was pronounced dead at the scene. The Department of Human Resources in Alabama is meant to "oversee child protection." What happened was the exact opposite. The state owes this boy's family, and the entire world, answers. We demand a thorough investigation into how this happened on the state's watch.
