DID YOU KNOW?   National Women's Friendship Day was founded by Kappa Delta, the first sorority founded at the State Female Normal School in Farmville, Virginia. The day is usually celebrated on the third Sunday of September every year but has since 2009 been extended to the entire month of September as National Women's Friendship Month. In 2010 Kappa Delta decided to take its vision global by declaring September as International Women's Friendship Month.
